Orange Center Rocks the Young Authors' Faire
I am pleased and excited to inform you that your student selection, Don’t Close Me, by Leslie Quintana, has been selected as the 2016 Exemplary Middle School Selection. This year our committee received student work from 38 schools and from over 1300 participants all over the valley! The Young Authors’ Faire committee would like to feature Leslie’s work on stage at the 2016 Young Authors’ Faire. A short video about Leslie, her teacher, and her work will be shown during the event. Postcards of Leslie holding her narrative will be printed for her to sign at the Student Author’s table the night of the event. Her narrative will also be podcast and available in audio.
